About The Position

This position is focused on driving revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight. Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. The role involves managing channel partners, executing sales strategies, providing training and support, ensuring compliance, and resolving conflicts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
  • 2 to 5 years indirect channel management, customer facing, sales experience
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Current auto insurance
  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years sales management experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
