As a Content & System Operations Specialist on the ShelfGenie, a typical day for you will include: System and CRM Support: Collaborate with the systems team to provide strategic assistance for systems like HubSpot, WishPortal, and GOM, focusing on aligning operational needs with CRM priorities and proper messaging. Content Generation and Campaigns: Generate content for CRM activities, including Email and SMS workflows, to increase franchisee revenue through national and local campaigns. Training and Alignment: Assist in creating training content for new and existing systems, reviewing the content with the Director of Systems to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before deployment. Franchise IT and Operational Readiness: Provide IT support to franchise owners through Zendesk and coordinate with the Director of Systems to ensure all new franchise locations are operationally ready on platforms like WishPortal, Cadsoft, and DesignPro. Operational Efficiency: Suggest new systematic approaches to increase operational efficiency across various platforms and evaluate the brand's in-person event strategy to determine areas for improvement.
