About The Position

Marketing Strategy & Planning Support development of annual marketing plans and strategic briefs aligned to business objectives and vehicle launches Lead ad hoc strategy and research projects, providing recommendations and actionable insights for emerging business needs Support agency briefs and briefing processes to ensure strategic alignment and clear objectives Prepare and support delivery of consumer marketing business review meetings and strategic presentations Coordinate with marketing functional leads across social, creative, event, interactive, and retail service marketing to develop aligned plans Facilitate communication and workflow between strategy, creative, and execution teams Ensure consistent application of brand and communication strategies across marketing initiatives Established and active employee resource groups

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in automotive, consumer products or brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • A proven track record for coordinating and project leading marketing campaigns, brand strategy and marketing ops
  • Excellent technical skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to simplify complex issues, develop compelling point of view, persuasively make case for change, drive action
  • Overall business acumen and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical actions
