About The Position

We are looking for a Consumer Engagement Specialist who will help elevate our impact across North America. Reporting directly to the Consumer Engagement Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the brand team, dealer marketing, digital, events, partnerships and PR and our broad network of partners to bring our major initiatives to life. You will help manage and execute our major brand activations, go-to market initiatives, and community tactics. This role is for someone who thrives when managing projects efficiently, executing and delivering large scale initiatives, and bringing structure to cross-functional activations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management and delivering best in class execution
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Skilled in organizing complex projects, managing timelines, and ensuring clarity.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or with English-only speakers on a daily basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with vendor and agency management is a plus.
  • Passionate about adventure and outdoor life; Interest in Automotive, Motorcycle and Powersports is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the consumer engagement lead and manager, and other key team members with the execution of the North American go-to-market plan.
  • Coordinate briefs and project kick offs with the required cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Manage large scale 360 projects and initiatives with all the cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Clearly communicate and provide updates on project status, proactively addressing roadblocks and finding solutions.
  • Establish initiatives KPIs and track and report on performance during performance reviews.
  • Lead the roll out and execution of the global community programs in North America including events, campaigns, ambassador and dealer activations, etc..
  • Manage projects budget and timelines to deliver on brief, on time, and within budget.
