The Human Resources Compensation Specialist is responsible for setting-up appointments, completing and processing paperwork for all new hires and existing employees in the district. Communicate salary information for all new and existing employees in a timely manner. Maintain employee files in accordance with state and federal laws. All employees of SISD are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, championing the needs of our students and drive continuous improvement.
