As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a strategic role in shaping our total rewards philosophy for a complex, national workforce. You will lead market analysis initiatives, drive compensation program design, ensure pay equity and partner with senior leadership to align compensation strategy with business growth.

Lead comprehensive compensation and benefits market benchmarking studies; extract actionable insights and present to senior leadership.
Develop, implement and monitor compensation strategies — base pay, variable incentives, long-term incentives, and job leveling frameworks.
Conduct pay-equity and gender-/race-based compensation analyses; propose adjustments and remediation strategies.
Design compensation programs for new business initiatives, acquisitions, restructuring or new job families.
Partner with finance and business units to model compensation budget and forecast long-term impacts of compensation decisions.
Own compensation policy development and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdiction regulations.
Drive data-visualization/reporting of compensation analytics and create executive-level dashboards.
Performs activities to review, configure, test, and implement a compensation administration system.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
5-8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards/compensation ideally in a global or highly regulated environment.
Advanced analytical skills (Excel, statistical tools, HRIS, BI).
Strong presentation, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, internal/external benchmarking, pay equity and regulatory compliance.
