We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you will work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues, direct them to appropriate resources, support operational and technical questions, apply problem-solving skills, and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. You will also provide information related to BNY products and services, leverage a general understanding of broader BNY services, monitor client inquiries, escalate non-routine issues, track client information, and participate in activities to improve client experience. This role supports a selected number of client accounts of limited complexity and has no direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.
  • Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  • Apply problem solving skills based on precedence and experience.
  • Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provides clients with information related to BNY products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.
  • Leverages a general understanding of broader BNY services and offerings.
  • Monitors client inquiries and escalate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
  • Tracks information related to general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
  • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve client experience.
  • No direct reports.
  • Supports a selected number of client accounts of limited complexity.
