About The Position

The Steam & Gas Engineering Department is seeking a motivated, results-driven
professional to join its management team as an Estimator, Specialist (1H). The
successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and the
organizations Rules We Live By, while providing outstanding customer service in
a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires the ability to manage
multiple priorities and meet deadlines, supported by strong organizational,
leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills. The ideal
candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and articulate, with a proactive
"can-do" mindset, a strong sense of accountability, and a clear understanding of
how to anticipate and meet customer needs.

This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT
Training Plan.
