About The Position

Facilitate Integrated Marketing Workflow: Support Ford's integrated marketing process across all phases of a campaign, coordinating activities across strategy, creative development, media planning, CRM integration, social/ambassadors, and digital platforms. Manage Tier 1 & Sales Event Portfolio: Oversee project management for the highest-priority initiatives, including tier 1 campaigns (vehicle launches, major programs) and sales events, managing multiple concurrent projects across the marketing calendar. Ensure Timeline Alignment: Monitor that all teams (Ford internal and agency partners) remain aligned on scope, deliverables, and timing, ensuring the directly responsible individuals (DRIs) for each workstream maintain accountability to the broader integrated plan. Established and active employee resource groups

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within integrated marketing, advertising, or agency environments supporting complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
  • Expert project management capabilities with proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority, serving as a neutral party across competing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly, chase updates diplomatically, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Integrated marketing knowledge with understanding of how creative, media, CRM, digital, and retail channels interconnect throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Problem-solving agility with the ability to identify blockers, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward despite obstacles
  • Comfort operating in client environments with professionalism, discretion, and the ability to act as an embedded team member
