Facilitate Integrated Marketing Workflow: Support Ford's integrated marketing process across all phases of a campaign, coordinating activities across strategy, creative development, media planning, CRM integration, social/ambassadors, and digital platforms. Manage Tier 1 & Sales Event Portfolio: Oversee project management for the highest-priority initiatives, including tier 1 campaigns (vehicle launches, major programs) and sales events, managing multiple concurrent projects across the marketing calendar. Ensure Timeline Alignment: Monitor that all teams (Ford internal and agency partners) remain aligned on scope, deliverables, and timing, ensuring the directly responsible individuals (DRIs) for each workstream maintain accountability to the broader integrated plan.
