AlphaDesk is LSEG’s Order and Portfolio Management Software, which develops and supports software for hedge funds and asset managers globally. The Client Services team within AlphaDesk assists clients in using the software for trading, monitoring, and reporting investments, working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations staff to resolve issues and explain capabilities. The team aims to sustain its industry-leading support reputation by hiring and developing hardworking individuals. This role involves joining the Client Services team to deliver high-quality, high-touch support, directly interacting with clients to support an OEMS software solution front to back. The specialist will be the face of the company to global users, supported internally by domain specialists.
