About The Position

Responsibilities Coordinates program data collection, analysis, and reporting in alignment with WIOA Title II and Adult Education policies. Collaborates with Adult Educational Development (AED) leadership, Division and Registration staff to ensure accurate student record management in College and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Banner, DAISI) and compliance with ICCB and institutional reporting standards. Supports data integrity, reporting functions, and departmental process improvements. Data collection Recommends, implements, and documents improved procedures and processes in accordance with ICCB and College policies. Communicates effectively and consistently with staff and faculty to ensure timely and accurate data submission. Provides orientation and training on data processes for new adjunct faculty and staff. Enters and validates data in compliance with ICCB and College policies. Assigns and reviews data entry tasks performed by student aides and support staff. Serves as a critical registration support role by processing student registrations and coordinating with the Registrar’s Office, Admission Processing, and AED staff to resolve issues related to the registration process and student records. Data and record management Maintains program recordkeeping systems, ensuring documentation of student outcomes in compliance with WIOA Title II and ICCB guidelines. Reviews, audits, and reconciles data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; identifies discrepancies and recommends solutions. Advises AED leadership on data, reporting issues, and compliance concerns. Assists in monitoring class enrollments and preparing documentation required for audits and program reporting. Supports audit preparation, including documentation review and internal data validation. Assists the AED Assessment and Registration Specialist in maintaining organized student records, including registration forms, assessments, attendance, and other required documentation. Supports ongoing digitization and organization of student files and departmental records to improve access and reporting efficiency. Data analysis Generates data for ICCB quarterly reports, Area Planning Council (APC) Plans, College program reviews, and other required departmental reports as necessary. Identifies data trends and collection points that support program improvement and measurement of student achievements. Engages actively with Salesforce, Banner, and other College reporting tools to support strategic planning, data-informed decision making, and departmental communications. Participates in professional development to remain current with data systems, reporting standards, and ICCB policy updates. Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required.
  • Four years’ progressively responsible experience in database management or data reporting and proficiency required.
  • Experience with DAISI strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, word processing, and data entry systems required.

Nice To Haves

  • certificate or coursework in Computer Information Systems, Database Management, Administrative Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
