About The Position

The Specialist Adoption Architect 2 exercises judgment when following general instructions and is responsible for working independently to support adoption initiatives, focusing on resolving routine and semi-routine challenges of limited to moderate complexity. This role assists in analyzing adoption metrics, refining success plans, and coordinating small-scale workshops. Key stakeholders include Account Solution Architects (ASAs) and Customer Success Executives (CSEs), with occasional customer-facing interactions to address common adoption barriers. Responsibilities

  • Analyze adoption metrics (e.g., product usage) to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Co-facilitate adoption workshops with guidance, documenting actionable outcomes.
  • Update success plans based on customer feedback and product updates.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical adoption blockers (e.g., configuration errors).
  • Collaborate with ASAs to align account plans with adoption best practices.
