Job Summary Responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing leadership with developing strategic marketing plans to meet company sales goals. Effectively Communicates and presents the companies advertising materials products and services to customers and prospects. Meets with appropriate Sales and Marketing Colleagues to discuss strategic business and communication needs. Researches and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to marketing leadership. Works collaboratively with all departments including External and Government Affairs, Public Relations, Customer Care and Field operations. Manage and provide daily status of projects, deadlines, and performance to management. Had in-depth knowledge and skills in own discipline. Job Description Core Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Conducts research and develops supporting marketing presentations, delivering strategic recommendations to Marketing Leadership Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and customer insights. Assist in content support by developing messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials Translate business needs into analysis providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products, and industries. Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Reviews collateral pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area. Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Responsible for providing support with strategic marketing efforts to gain new subscribers and maintain current subscriber base for both residential and Comcast Business services. Analyze reporting and results, provide insights, and draw conclusions about performance to recommend improvements to marketing strategies, media campaigns and local events and tactics. Collaborate with sales leadership teams to translate business needs into analysis providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of markets, customers, products, and competitors. Gather local competitive intelligence, assess competitive position in market, determine gaps and develop response plans, opportunities to address and educational resources and tools for the sales teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PPT Mapping experience preferred, Google Earth or equivalent Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.   • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Mapping experience preferred, Google Earth or equivalent
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
