About The Position

Job Overview As a critical member of the Design Studio Client Services team, the Special Services Concierge assists our elite level clients with product selection, questions and specific requests. We look for candidates with a high level of energy, who can work independently, are self-motivating and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment that provides support, resources, and rewards for excellence and achievement.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is required; experience in retail, hospitality, event planning or catering is preferred
  • Exemplary verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently, listen attentively and respond effectively to concerns
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed established goals and anticipate client needs, combined with exceptional follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Flexible work schedule required to meet business needs, including weekend availability
  • Peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional or personal experience in floriculture, horticulture, and/or design is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management process to create custom presentations for special events, VIP and corporate clients during telephone calls, ranging from gift items to florals for small and large events
  • Effectively upholds the service standards of Winston Flowers by providing excellent service, assisting customers with product selection and troubleshooting client issues, while managing internal processes to ensure timely delivery
  • Foster existing client relationships and drive sales by partnering with Account Executive and Design teams to ensure that execution exceeds client expectations
  • Identify and grow leads for future sales opportunities from client calls and communicate to other departments as appropriate
  • Responsible for follow-up inquiries to clients to confirm 100% satisfaction
