Member Services/Concierge
About The Position
Liberty National Golf Club is seeking a personable, polished, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Member Services Assistant. This role is first and foremost a member-facing position, serving as one of the primary points of contact at the front desk and a key ambassador of the Club’s service culture. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for our membership each day. As part of the golf operation, you will play a central role in daily member interaction—greeting members and guests, answering phones, providing direction throughout the Club, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the high standards of Liberty National. You will assist in promoting club events and services, managing communications, and helping guide members through their day with professionalism and ease. While the majority of this role is member-facing, you will also provide occasional administrative support to the executive team. Responsibilities may include scheduling, assisting with internal communications, and graphic design/digital organization under administrative support. You will also collaborate with department heads on select projects, gaining exposure to the broader operation. Additional responsibilities include assisting with member events, contributing to internal and external communications, and supporting marketing initiatives, including coordination with third-party partners for social media and content development. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A natural comfort with engaging people—both in person and over the phone—is essential. Previous experience in private clubs, hospitality, or sports/entertainment is strongly preferred. Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Mailchimp
- Experience with Adobe applications
- Must demonstrate dependability and reliability by being punctual, working assigned and varying shifts and completing responsibilities in a timely manner
- Highly organized, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects + calendars simultaneously
- Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
- Able to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment and meet constant deadlines
- Social Media knowledge and experience
- High regard for service standards
Nice To Haves
- Golf knowledge and experience a plus
- Previous experience in private clubs, hospitality, or sports/entertainment is strongly preferred
