About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized individual to join CoreWeave as Special Projects Lead, Revenue Organization. This high-impact role will support and drive execution excellence across the company's key revenue initiatives. You will attend key meetings with the CRO and GTM leaders, prepare agendas and briefing documents, capture action items, ensure follow-ups, and track progress to drive accountability. You'll manage special projects, including major events, product launches, and strategic initiatives, coordinate resource planning across functional teams, prepare strategic recommendations based on market and customer insights, and support technical partnership evaluation and integration planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems across multiple functions, and wants to be at the center of CoreWeave's revenue growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technically oriented strategy, operations, executive staff roles, preferably in high-growth technology companies or management consulting.
  • Direct experience with cloud and AI technology and customer adoption.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and drive them to successful completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level presentations and strategic documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience synthesizing market insights and customer feedback into actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree required
