Special Projects Director
About The Position
The RMH Foundation is hiring a passionate, experienced fundraising professional to help strengthen philanthropy that supports healthcare in the Shenandoah Valley. This position will lead key annual giving efforts, including donor communications, direct mail and digital fundraising, and meaningful donor stewardship. The role also leads broader donor engagement activities such as peer-to-peer fundraising, employee giving, and third-party fundraising initiatives. We’re seeking a collaborative fundraiser who believes in donor-centered relationships, communicates clearly, and wants their work to have a direct impact in the lives of patients and families. Five years of relevant experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (required)
- 5 years of Foundation and/or fund raising experience and/or related experience including sales and marketing
