Performs advanced administrative and technical support work for the Financial Management Division at Stassney Headquarters. Work involves coordinating communications, providing operational support, and assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. Work also includes developing and maintaining processes, supporting staff and leadership, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Essential Duties: Communication and Collaboration Assist and participates in division meetings, events, and division wide communications including email and presentation materials. Assist with division newsletter, online policy manuals, Crossroads web coordinator, Open Records Requests, Record Retention and other division processes. Operational Support Oversees asset inventory, equipment setup, and security access for division staff. Serves as liaison for facilities, safety, and wellness compliance matters. Recruiting and Onboarding Assists HR and division leadership in recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and participation in job fairs. Serves as onboarding coordinator for new hires, interns, and contractors by facilitating equipment, workspace, system access, building orientation, and related needs. Technical and Process Improvement Utilizes Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) to improve workflows, track data, and enhance efficiency. Serves as technical writer for documenting and updating division processes and procedures. Identifies and recommends process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
