Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years of experience in facility coordination, administration, or related role.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to operate general office machines.
  • Ability to input, access, and process information using a computer required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily mail room responsibilities
  • Provide back-up for the Lobby Safety and Security desk as needed
  • Provide back-up and assistance for the Facilities Administrative Assistant as needed
  • Inventory Management for company office supplies/maintain software, recordkeeping and monthly reports accordingly
  • Manage and produce monthly departmental reporting according to deadline schedules provided by accounting
  • Assist Facilities Management staff in project management, follow-up and communication
  • Write communications not only to disburse within the Facilities department, including other areas of the bank as well as Intranet posts
