In this role, you will be the bridge between our beneficiaries and the essential services they rely on, ensuring that trust operations and the Charitable Residual Program run smoothly and efficiently. The Special Projects Assistant provides vital support to the Achieva Family Trust by coordinating communications with beneficiaries and their representatives. This role focuses on the timely processing of disbursements for the Charitable Residual Program, monitoring operational activities, and maintaining the integrity of our data and filing systems. You will play a key role in tracking trends and ensuring internal compliance across all departments. Reports to the Trust Administrative Supervisor.
