This role supports a range of warehouse operations and special initiatives to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours

Responsibilities

Perform order picking duties efficiently
Load and unload containers and trucks, ensuring careful handling of materials
Organize and transfer finished materials to their designated storage locations within the warehouse
Identify items across various documentation sources, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
Assist with the setup of the retail showroom as needed
Support the photography team with furniture assembly and setup
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
Meet productivity requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
