About The Position

Are you naturally curious, detail-oriented, and energized by research and analysis? Join our team as a Special Investigative Assistant, where your investigative skills will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating potential insurance fraud.

In this role, you will conduct in-depth background research, gather and analyze evidence from multiple sources, and prepare clear, accurate reports to support SIU investigations. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with SIU investigators, claims professionals, and our corporate legal team—always maintaining the highest standards of discretion, ethics, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong clerical and computer skills, including data entry
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to investigate, analyze data, and handle sensitive information with precision

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research and fact-finding to support fraud investigations
• Search multiple information channels to identify and document evidentiary material
• Analyze data and compile investigative findings into clear, well-organized reports
• Communicate professionally and ethically with investigators, legal partners, and claims teams
• Manage priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
