The Special Funding Program Advisor will: Coordinate and track budgets for federal, state, and local grant-funded programs. Maintain spreadsheets and databases to monitor allocations, expenditures, and the proper use of funds. Manage contracts, consultants, and personnel actions (such as board resolutions) related to grant initiatives. Ensure all programs follow New Jersey education laws, district policies, and specific grant regulations. Review financial records and conduct internal checks to ensure adherence to federal requirements and internal controls. Maintain comprehensive documentation, service plans, and records for state/federal monitoring visits and audits. Prepare financial summaries, statistical analyses, and reports required for grant applications. Assist in creating and implementing data collection systems to streamline reporting across departments. Maintain the confidentiality of district financial and program data. Facilitate the mandatory consultation process between the district and nonpublic school officials. Coordinate with vendors and departments to ensure equitable services (Title I, II, III, and IV) are delivered to eligible nonpublic schools. Track nonpublic school allocations and expenditures to ensure compliance with federal "equitable services" requirements
