About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and consulting company that provides innovative marketing, advertising, and promotional services to large national companies and corporations. Our mission is to develop new revenue streams for clients through on-site promotions, creative marketing strategies, and tailored advertising campaigns that engage each client’s target audience. As we expand our client portfolio, we are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Special Events team . This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity to gain experience in marketing, event promotions, fundraising, and campaign management —with the potential to grow into a leadership role managing client campaigns. Position Overview The Special Events Associate is a crucial member of the events team, reporting directly to the Promotions Coordinator . You will assist in planning, executing, and managing promotional campaigns while gaining exposure to multiple clients, marketing strategies, and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Availability to work some nights and weekends for events
• Must have own vehicle for travel to events (fully reimbursed)
• Passion for events, marketing, and brand promotions
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with a variety of consumers

Responsibilities

• Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and timelines , including setup, breakdown, and inventory control
• Implement visual merchandising and display setups for promotions
• Process and track event sales and engagement metrics
• Serve as Event Manager when needed, leading event staff and interns
• Represent brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy
• Participate in the Special Events Training Program , gaining hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management
