Apply Now through Indeed or at:https://ampersandtherapy.com/apply-now Position Overview Role: Elementary Special Education Teacher Location: Roseville, Minnesota Age Range: Kindergarten & 1st grade Dates: March 23rd, 2026 - June 10th, 2026 Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 2-4) Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills Compensation & Benefits Rates: $45-62/hour W-2 employment Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) matching Licensure, CEU, and professional development reimbursement Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate) Professional and general liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time (up to 5 hours) and donation matching Benefits for 0.8 FTE and higher. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 2-4)
Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
