About The Position

Our Organization is partnering with a Minnesota school district to welcome a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the current academic year. This full-time role centers around supporting a self-contained classroom serving students in grades 1–3—offering a meaningful opportunity to shape growth for young learners who benefit from specialized instruction and support. In this position, you’ll help build a positive, attentive learning environment where every student’s needs are understood and embraced. Through individualized instruction, strategic interventions, and the implementation of IEPs, you’ll tailor learning experiences to help each child thrive academically and socially. Daily collaboration with paraprofessionals, related service staff, and families will help ensure consistency, alignment, and holistic student development. Your role will also support students beyond academics—fostering emotional regulation, social interaction, and foundational learning behaviors that will serve them well into the future. By using student data to inform instruction, you will continuously adjust strategies and interventions to drive meaningful growth. Requirements

A valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required
A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Special Education or a closely related field
Strong skills in organization, communication, and collaborative practice
