About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a welcoming Minnesota school community to bring on a dedicated Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making learning accessible for every child. This full-time position serves elementary students and offers the chance to support academic growth, emotional development, and skill-building in a positive and collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll provide targeted instruction that strengthens core academic areas—including reading, writing, and mathematics—while also addressing functional and behavioral needs. You’ll be an essential advocate for inclusive education, designing supports that help students build confidence and achieve meaningful progress. This position involves working closely with general education teachers, service providers, and families to coordinate services, promote student independence, and maintain consistency in instructional strategies. Your ability to deliver thoughtful interventions, monitor progress, and respond to student needs will help shape a classroom culture where learners feel supported and capable.
Requirements
- A valid Minnesota teaching license with Special Education certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience working with students with diverse learning needs in special education settings.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
