What You'll Do: Provide individualized academic and behavioral instruction in-home. Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support. Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes. Stay informed on the latest advancements in special education and ABA practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Certified Special Education Teacher.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience teaching individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Proven experience in providing special education services.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience delivering Parent Training (PCT).
  • Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
