About The Position
ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a dedicated Elementary Special Education Teacher to support a self-contained classroom in the Dorchester, SC area (29477). This role is ideal for an educator experienced in supporting students with intellectual disabilities and moderate to severe needs in a structured classroom environment. Position Overview: Elementary self-contained classroom Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student goals Provide differentiated instruction and individualized support Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families Maintain compliance with state and district documentation requirements
Requirements
- South Carolina Special Education Multi-Categorical certification
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain compliance timelines

- Experience in self-contained or mod/severe settings preferred
