About The Position

Special Education Resource Teacher Mill Creek Middle School 2026-2027 School Year USD 232 welcomes approximately 7,500 students each day (Early Childhood through grade 12) at 13 campuses, with seven elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools, and Cedar Trails Exploration Center. Our district encompasses an area of nearly 100 square miles in northwest Johnson County and draws from the communities of De Soto, Shawnee, Lenexa, a portion of Olathe, and unincorporated areas of the county.

Requirements

  • Must have a current Kansas teaching license with proper endorsement to teach special education.
  • All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
