Effective behavior management and health support skills, able to maintain routine in a student's day. Effective communication and teamwork skills for interactions with staff, students, and parents. Experience working in a center-based and inclusion setting. Must be able to perform the essential job functions, which may include toileting, catheters, lifting, medication administration, gastric tube feedings, health tasks to support student, pool, DAPE, ability to work outside. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
