Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Four (4) years' work experience as a secretary or two (2) years' work experience as a school secretary, bookkeeper, or receptionist
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute
