Hillcrest Educational Centers is seeking a Special Education Coordinator to support the Director of Education in overseeing educational programming, staff performance, and compliance with state and organizational requirements. This role is responsible for supervising special education teachers and specialists, reviewing IEP development and implementation, and ensuring high-quality instruction and progress monitoring across classrooms. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with campus administration and the Education Compliance Administrator to maintain regulatory compliance, deliver professional development, and support a consistent, student-centered approach to education. Education and Licensure: Candidates must hold a Masters degree in Education and possess an Initial Special Education License (Special Education Administrator License preferred). Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a special education supervisory or leadership role is required. Strong knowledge of state regulations, instructional best practices, and staff coaching is essential. Schedule: Monday through Friday.
