Job Description
This position provides support to the Project management team. The position performs tasks with minimally complex requirements as assigned by senior Prime Contract Managers.

Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and three (3) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Nice To Haves

• Accredited degree or Paralegal degree or a Legal Administration degree or global equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self starter and motivated with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the project team in the execution of the prime contract terms and conditions; work with Construction, Engineering, Contracts and Supply Chain Management, Legal, and Insurance and Risk Management to assist in facilitating organizational interface
• Develop and administer a Key Prime Deliverables Schedule
• Assist in reviewing or writing formal correspondence to Clients to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in developing the Contract Summary and updating throughout the project
• Work with Legal and escalate changes to project management
• Assist in the development of prime contract flow down clauses for incorporation into contracts and purchase orders; assist in the development of pre and post contract award compliance documents
• Other duties as assigned
