About The Position
The SPC technician collects products and performs Statistical Process Control Testing; Monitors the temperature of both product and product marination; Keeps record of process controls; and provides production assistance as required. In performing these duties the SPC technician uses basic math skills and statistical tools.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write fluently in English
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to perform basic record keeping
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use basic statistical tools to include VCL, LCL and make correct decision making skills to guide acceptable SPC standards

- Previous food processing experience
