About The Position

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company serving San Diego. We take pride in high standards, professionalism, and treating our team with respect. Our cleaners are supported with clear systems, quality supplies, and real opportunities to grow—not just another gig. As a Sparkle Technician, you’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for homeowners and guests by handling tasks such as:
Residential, deep, and move-out cleans
Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
Following company checklists and quality standards
Working independently or alongside a small, reliable team

Requirements

• Dependable and on time (this is very important to us)
• Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
• Physically able to clean for extended periods
• Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle for travel between jobs
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training
