About The Position
SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company serving San Diego. We’re known for our high standards, attention to detail, and respect for both clients and team members. As a Sparkle Cleaner, you’ll help make homes shine by providing high-quality cleaning services, including: Residential and move-out cleans Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas Detailed dusting and finishing work Following company checklists and cleaning standards Working independently or alongside a small team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Dependable and punctual (this is very important to us)
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work
- Able to handle physical cleaning tasks for several hours
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we train the right people
