About The Position

The SPARK Brand Manager will lead the SPARK curriculum and professional development business, focusing on achieving financial growth targets and enhancing brand performance. This role is integral to the management team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the brand's P&L, and ensuring the successful delivery of curriculum products and services.

Requirements

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a curriculum brand or related products.
  • Experience in physical education is preferred.
  • Ability to create and execute multi-faceted plans that achieve brand objectives.

  • Experience leading a curriculum brand or related products.
  • Physical Education experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve SPARK annual revenue and profitability targets.
  • Increase SPARK customer count growth.
  • Enhance the productivity of SPARK brand marketing spend.
  • Improve content and delivery of curriculum products and professional development services.
  • Create and communicate SPARK Brand Plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Execute SPARK brand plans and report on measurable results.
  • Manage all aspects of the SPARK business, including marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand's financial performance and manage the SPARK Marketing budget.
