About The Position

The Spares Technician is the frontline executor for spare parts flow within the maintenance storeroom. This role is responsible for accurate part receiving, inventory inspection, kit staging, and storeroom upkeep. Working closely with the coordinator and planner, this role ensures maintenance technicians have the right part at the right time without delays or errors.

Requirements

• 1+ year in warehouse, logistics, or storeroom setting
• High attention to detail and task ownership
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs

Nice To Haves

• CMMS or inventory system experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and label incoming inventory
• Pick and deliver parts quickly upon technician request
• Maintain clean and organized storage by applying 5S
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory differences
• Kit and stage materials for upcoming maintenance jobs
• Communicate stock discrepancies, damage, or issues to coordinator
• Assist in physical inventory, restocking, and returns
