About The Position

As a Spare Parts Coordinator at Valmet, you will serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts and will be responsible for order processing and delivery follow-up for Parts and Consumables.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree from a two-year college or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process email, faxed, telephones and mailed orders for standard OEM parts and consumables.
  • Acknowledge customer orders and provide order status and other related information.
  • Resolve ages receivables with customers.
  • Provide office back-up for Product Managers when needed to include researching machine components, establishing pricing, and quoting to the customer.
  • Participate in in-house department sales meetings and monthly staff meetings.
