Position Description Own the end-to-end spare parts process for one strategic customer, serving as the single point of contact for quotes, RFPs, order processing, and shipping coordination. Additionally, manage the processing of spare and warranty parts for indoor equipment that supports multiple customers. Collaborate closely with Purchasing to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and that all deliverables meet contractual obligations, customer standards, and service level expectations, all within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
