About The Position

Laars Heating Systems is seeking a Spare Parts Associate who is a key member of the Laars Parts Service Department. This person will work to improve the Spare Parts capability for all Laars customers. This person’s primary function will be to assist customers with parts identification and part numbers. This position is in Rochester, NH corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Technical Degree preferred
• 1+ years industry experience preferred
• 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong technical/mechanical competency & aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Windows based computer operating system
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal, written and comprehension skills
• Adaptable to an evolving work environment
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Provide primary first line support of all parts related phone calls and e-mail inquiries
• Assists customers with LAARS parts identification and verification
• Provides input to Customer Service, Quality, and Engineering regarding parts issues
• Works to resolve any part number errors and discrepancies in IOM and parts lists
• Help update spare parts Data file with new parts or changed part numbers
• Send RMA form to customers with warranty or part errors
• Keep track of all incoming and outgoing calls
