About The Position

The Account Research Analyst at B. Braun Medical Inc. is responsible for analyzing and interpreting accounts receivable information for key customers. This role serves as a liaison between various departments, including Finance, Sales Management, and Collections, to resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies. The analyst will also focus on improving processes related to billing and invoicing, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred, specifically in the medical industry.
• Sales support experience is helpful.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel is required.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation are essential.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret accounts receivable information for key customers.
• Serve as a key liaison for Finance, Collections, Sales Management, and select customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, discrepancies, and problematic invoicing.
• Provide process improvement for accelerated issues, especially high-priority billing/invoicing.
• Analyze data on A/R Aging Reports and format it in Excel.
• Research Bad Debt reports to resolve invoicing issues.
• Utilize SAP for research and documentation related to sales, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Initiate the payment process by providing necessary documentation and corrections to customers.
• Focus on removing bad debt during the write-off period and gain payment for previously uncollectable invoices.
• Manage select accounts and identify solutions for troubled accounts/health networks.
