As the Space Utilization Coordinator you are responsible for identifying and reserving appropriate meeting space for all conference center requests with a focus on maximizing utilization. You will perform audits of event space reservations to identify conflicts, improve utilization of conference center managed space and ensure effective use of function space. The goal is for the right size room to be booked, with the necessary equipment and setup, while allowing time for room flips. Works with Planners to gather information necessary for large events and projects.
