As a Spa Therapist , you will be responsible for delivering professional massage, facial, body, and beauty treatments to guests onboard, in accordance with the St. Somewhere Spa protocols. The role includes maintaining high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction, and promoting home care and retail products. The Spa Therapist must possess a strong foundation in wellness and beauty treatments and a passion for customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
Ship experience is preferred
Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Educate and advise guests on treatments, wellness solutions, and product benefits.
Perform professional massage, facial, body treatments and certified beauty services as scheduled.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment areas before and after each service.
Recommend and promote spa products to support guest home care.
Ensure all services are delivered within protocol timeframes and with consistent quality.
Provide accurate and courteous responses to guest inquiries and special requests.
Complete service documentation, intake forms, and treatment notes as required.
Operate and clean spa equipment according to protocols.
Maintain daily sanitation logs and follow infection control standards.
