About The Position

The Spa Supervisor is an integral part of the Spa Team. You are the first impression and have the opportunity to make a lasting impression through your intuitive service, attention to detail, and highly efficient check-in skills. This role ensures accuracy in managing spa reservations, timeliness for appointment pick-up, and ensuring a welcoming and relaxing spa environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft, One Drive and Book4Time preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • A thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a warm and welcoming experience for all guests arriving at the Spa and is the main contact for those under group reservations.
  • Resolves guest concerns and provides professional service to gain high level of guest confidence and satisfaction.
  • Assists with processing incoming reservations, in-house correspondence, emails, or other communications.
  • Assists with e-mails confirmation and replying to all inquiries.
  • Assist management in establishing and communicating goals, performance expectations, timetables and deadlines for shift or departmental operations to employees and ensure that they are understood.
  • Facilitating the training of Spa Coordinators and assisting Spa Attendants as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as, but not limited: purchase orders, receiving, inventory.
  • Ensuring that Four Seasons & Forbes Standards are met.
