About The Position

The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join the team. Hilton Waikoloa Village sits on 62 acres of Hawaiian Paradise on Hawaii’s Big Island. Located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture and poolside relaxation. What will I be doing: A Spa Supervisor provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Requirements

  • 2-year recent supervisor background
  • Cashing handling skills and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Previous Spa experience.
  • Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in marketing, merchandising, and programming.
  • Conducting inventory.
  • Recording and tracking financial statistics.
  • Management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
  • Perform duties of staff positions as needed.
