Job description: Lead and train Spa Associates and take leadership role in Front Desk Operations Provide excellent customer service to members/guests Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival/make connections with clients Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude, and outgoing personality Perform various other duties as assigned Is this the job for you? Requirements

Must have sales experience and be confident in suggesting sales
Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
Open availability- Schedules are made on a rotation so you must be flexible for opening or closing shifts + weekends. Schedules are made a month in advance.
