About The Position

Majestically perched on Miracle Hill overlooking Mt San Jacinto and the Coachella Valley, AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS offers the complete hot springs spa experience. Only 2 hours from Los Angeles, 15 minutes from Palm Springs and 35 minutes from Joshua Tree, AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS is a new and different hot springs experience in Desert Hot Springs. Enter through the glass doors, beyond the spacious, sunlit lobby, massive date palms shade the courtyard and twinkling firepits. Mt. San Jacinto shimmers in the distance beyond an acre of lush desert landscape featuring fresh, free flowing hot mineral spring water spilling into private mineral tubs.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Spa Experience
Must be well versed in spa protocols and verbiage
Professional appearance and vocabulary
Must be reliable and dependable
A self-starter who takes initiative in completing tasks
Ability to work effectively with other employees and guests
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to make decisions and problem solve
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
Spa: 2+ years (required)
Customer Service: 2+ years (required)

Nice To Haves

Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee appearance of the Spa and Treatment Rooms
Process guest tickets for payment
Supervise Spa Attendant and the cleanliness of the Spa
Maintain therapist records including Certifications, Insurance and Business Licenses
Keep track of inventory for spa products and order when necessary
Supervise therapist’s schedules according to the needs of the business
