About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hackensack, NJ is a spa located in the busy Riverfront Plaza with Shoprite. Hand & Stone is a rapidly growing brand that has over 600 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills and a self-starter to oversee the day-to-day Sales of our Spa. This individual will establish and implement programs to achieve higher levels of sales & service. We are looking for a dynamic leader to motivate staff and provide hands-on leadership of this business. He or she must understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation. This position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. The Spa Sales Manager works alongside our Spa Director, Spa Manager & Spa Associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the Spa Sales Assistant Manager ensures smooth spa operations managing client membership base, training spa associates in all sales related aspects and handling any customer or staff questions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably with past management experience. This is a full time position. Candidate must be able to work 5 days per week, including 1 night and 1 weekend shift.
